RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the unlikely event if you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, and would like to request a return or an exchange of the product, please note the following:
  • The original receipt, the receipt that you received after your purchase of the product(s)
  • Make and model and any products
  • The original method of payment (via cash, debit, credit)
  • Original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturer (including all manuals and accessories).
  • Contact information provided when the order was placed (your name, address, and phone number are required when processing all returns and exchanges for purposes of detecting and preventing fraud).
  • Valid government-issued photo ID (valid photo ID may be requested to confirm the information provided).

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THE RETURN POLICY:
  • ONSET SOLUTIONS INC. is not responsible for lost time or labour related expenses. All credits will be issued within 7-10 days upon the receipt of equipment.
  • Damage(s) to the product resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, even after installation, or modifications not authorized by ONSET SOLUTIONS INC. are excluded.
  • In the event that a returned order has items missing, parts that have been damaged or defective, the order may be refused, and or replaced.

ONLINE ORDERS:
When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product at any ONSET SOLUTIONS INC. retail store in Canada.

For your convenience, we also accept returns by mail for orders that were shipped directly to you. You can receive support by contacting the company via email at return@onsetsolutions.ca to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you.

IMPORTANT:
Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable.

SCHEDULED DELIVERY ITEMS & SERVICE PLANS:
For information on how to return large items that required Scheduled Delivery, Performance Service Plans or other special items, please contact the company via email at return@onsetsolutions.ca or click on the link in your Scheduled Delivery Notification email to correspond directly with our Home Delivery experts if the item will require pickup.

FREE GIFTS, BUNDLES, AND FEES:
All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. If the purchase included a free gift, to qualify for a full refund, the free gift must also be returned.

If you purchased an item as part of a bundle package, you may return that item separately. However, if you decide to break up that bundle by returning an item, you will receive a refund for the returned item that is less than the price you paid for it when you purchased it as part of a bundle. If you were changed an environmental handling fee with your purchase, the fee will be refunded as well along with the cost of the item(s).

ONSET SOLUTIONS INC. does not charge a restocking fee.

Please take note that the manufacturers do change prices and discontinue products as they deem fit and we are not always aware of these changes in time to update our website to reflect this condition, therefore, all these products are subject to the manufacturer’s availability.
